1. Ensure maintenance, troubleshooting, and execution of high and low voltage electrical installations.
2. Coordinate and lead team interactions, ensuring adherence to standards and fostering a collaborative environment.
3. Monitor, verify, and control electrical installation work from planning to commissioning, ensuring compliance with safety regulations as per OIBT.
4. Manage technical documentation of installations, ensuring regular updates and compliance.
5. Oversee work requests and troubleshooting, managing material orders to ensure resource availability.
6. Act as a deputy to the installations manager in their absence, ensuring operational reporting and participating in technical on-call service.

1. CFC of electrical installer or equivalent recognized qualification, ideally with OIBT certification or authorization.
2. Federal certificate as a project manager in installation and safety is an asset.
3. Proven experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and execution of industrial electrical installations.
4. Experience in team coordination and/or technical project management with leadership ability.

1. In-depth knowledge of Swiss electrical standards (notably NIBT and OIBT).
2. Complementary skills in telecommunications, security, HVAC, and technical computing.
3. Excellent command of standard IT tools.
4. Strict adherence to safety standards and procedures.
5. Availability for 24/7 on-call service.
6. Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, autonomy, and teamwork.
7. Adaptability, priority management, sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and commitment.

Confirmed experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and execution of industrial electrical installations.

CFC of electrical installer or equivalent recognized qualification.
