1. Act as a key liaison with managers and HR partners to analyze and anticipate staffing needs.
2. Identify recruitment sources and initiate the recruitment process, including drafting and disseminating job postings.
3. Collaborate with recruitment agencies and conduct candidate searches on specialized platforms.
4. Oversee candidate selection, organize and conduct interviews, and ensure follow-up.
5. Ensure an engaging and inspiring candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
6. Actively contribute to the development of the Employer Brand in the canton of Fribourg, in close collaboration with internal teams.
7. Manage administrative aspects related to recruitment and participate in certain cross-functional projects.

1. Advanced education (University, HES), Federal HR Certificate is a strong asset.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Knowledge of the local job market and economic landscape.
