1. Ensure the availability, performance, and security of systems.
2. Propose and implement technical solutions to enhance service quality, availability, and security.
3. Manage system configuration and deployment automation.
4. Contribute to the study and implementation of new solutions with associated documentation.
5. Resolve complex issues and handle Level 3 incidents.
6. Participate in on-call service rotations.

1. Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Over 5 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Excellent troubleshooting skills in a complex, high-availability environment.
2. Proven knowledge and experience with various technologies such as Linux Server Administration, Docker containers, Kubernetes orchestration, VMware and Nutanix virtualization, NAS storage administration, and backup tools.
3. Proficiency in one or more scripting and development languages for automation (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Shell, Powershell).
4. Mastery of Git and familiarity with CI/CD concepts.
5. Knowledge of ITIL processes and information security.
6. Familiarity with DevOps and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
7. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in systems administration and automation.

Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
