Rolex System Team Manager

1. Manage relationships with other departments and suppliers.
2. Handle administrative tasks related to internal and external activities.
3. Ensure system availability, performance, and security.
4. Organize workload planning, project activity distribution, operational tasks, and on-call duties.
5. Propose solutions to enhance service quality, productivity, and system security.
6. Resolve complex issues and incidents (Level 3) within the domain.
7. Oversee the lifecycle of systems, including contracts, budgets, and updates for patches, software, and hardware.
8. Participate in the on-call service for managers.

1. University degree in Computer Science or equivalent, such as HES Engineer.
2. 3 years of experience in a similar role managing a team of at least 5 members.
3. Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.

1. Experience with private and public cloud technologies, DevOps culture, and Infrastructure as Code (IAC).
2. Strong troubleshooting skills.
3. Awareness of information security.
4. Strong leadership and excellent listening skills.
5. Client-oriented with a strong sense of service and interpersonal skills.
6. Proactive, autonomous, quality-oriented, and a good team player.
7. Curious, passionate, and committed.

3 years of experience in a similar managerial role overseeing a team of at least 5 members.

University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
