Rolex Sustainable Procurement Project Manager

- Define project scope, cost, workload, timeline, and operational planning in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to objectives, workload, deadlines, and budget, acting as the interface for procurement management on sustainability projects.
- Guarantee the scheduling and execution of deliverables.
- Study and propose alternative solutions to achieve objectives.
- Participate in defining the sustainability strategies and objectives of the procurement department.
- Ensure alignment of sustainability projects with the procurement sustainability roadmap.
- Complete administrative documentation.
- Apply the PMO methodology of the division.
- Lead and coordinate the group of buyers serving as sustainability ambassadors within procurement.
- Master's degree in engineering or management; training in sustainable procurement or sustainability is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.
- Expertise in project management and office tools.
- Competence in leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary groups.
- Strong data analysis capabilities.
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and active listening ability.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to mobilize, motivate, and work effectively in a team.
- Autonomous, organized, and proactive.
A minimum of 3 years in project management is required.
Master's degree in engineering or management.
