1. Define project scope, cost, workload, timeline, and operational planning in collaboration with stakeholders.
2. Ensure adherence to objectives, workload, deadlines, and budget, acting as the interface for procurement management on sustainability projects.
3. Guarantee the scheduling and execution of deliverables.
4. Study and propose alternative solutions to achieve objectives.
5. Participate in defining the sustainability strategies and objectives of the procurement department.
6. Ensure alignment of sustainability projects with the procurement sustainability roadmap.
7. Complete administrative documentation.
8. Apply the PMO methodology of the division.
9. Lead and coordinate the group of buyers serving as sustainability ambassadors within procurement.

1. Master's degree in engineering or management; training in sustainable procurement or sustainability is advantageous.
2. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience.

2. Competence in leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary groups.
3. Strong data analysis capabilities.
4. Fluency in French and proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and active listening ability.
6. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
7. Ability to mobilize, motivate, and work effectively in a team.
8. Autonomous, organized, and proactive.

A minimum of 3 years in project management is required.

Master's degree in engineering or management.
