1. Engineering degree (EPF/HES) or equivalent with a minor in sustainability preferred.
2. Knowledge of materials and processes.
3. Expertise in sustainable design.

1. Ability to propose innovative materials, technologies, and more sustainable manufacturing processes.
2. Capacity to translate environmental challenges into concrete solutions for design teams.
3. Experience in lifecycle assessments (LCA) is an advantage.
4. Interest in environmental regulations and technological advancements.
