1. Catalogue all sustainability projects on-site and align them with the company's strategic objectives.
2. Map the site's production resources, identifying optimization levers.
3. Lead the roadmap for the defined scope, engaging and uniting all project stakeholders by communicating a clear vision of the challenges.
4. Align strategy with the Production Environmental Performance (PEP) initiative and other production sites.
5. Prioritize and monitor projects with various internal departments, ensuring adherence to established timelines.
6. Manage and drive all improvement initiatives (downsizing) according to Pareto principles.
7. Coordinate with external suppliers to facilitate their involvement in sustainability efforts.
8. Provide concise and clear information for various reporting bodies.

1. EPF/HES Engineer or equivalent education in environmental sciences, ideally with a strong foundation in chemistry or physics.
2. Experience in industrial settings managing sustainability projects and leading workgroups.
3. Familiarity with key environmental factors and measurement methods.

1. Natural leadership and pedagogical skills to motivate and unite teams.
2. Autonomy, rigor, results-oriented mindset, and a strong ability to propose solutions.

Experience in industrial environments managing sustainability projects and leading workgroups is required.

EPF/HES Engineer or equivalent education in environmental sciences.
