1. Catalog all sustainability projects on site and link them to the company's strategic issues.
2. Map the site's production means by identifying optimization levers.
3. Manage the roadmap of the defined scope, animate and unite all project stakeholders on site by communicating a clear vision of the issues.
4. Align strategy with the Environmental Performance Production (PEP) initiative and other production sites.
5. Prioritize and monitor projects with various internal services, ensuring adherence to established schedules.
6. Lead and animate all improvement projects (downsizing) according to Pareto.
7. Facilitate external relations with suppliers to ease the process.
8. Provide clear and concise information for various reporting bodies.

1. EPF/HES Engineer or equivalent training in the environmental field, ideally with a strong foundation in sciences (chemistry/physics).

1. Experience in industrial environments managing sustainability projects and leading work groups.
2. Knowledge of key environmental factors and measurement methods.
3. Natural leadership and teaching ability to motivate and unite teams.
4. Autonomy, rigor, result-oriented, and proactive.

Experience in industrial environments managing sustainability projects and leading work groups.

EPF/HES Engineer or equivalent training in the environmental field.
