Rolex Sustainability Project Manager

This role is situated within the esteemed department of Impact and Sustainability, reflecting the brand's dedication to sustainable luxury.
- Coordinate and manage sustainability projects, employing best practices in project management.
- Engage and animate both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their involvement at every project stage.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables through control, validation, and regular reporting to project leadership.
- Monitor key success indicators, including performance tracking against set objectives, budget adherence, timeline management, risk management, precise reporting, and regular communication.
- Maintain project schedules, ensuring the execution of timelines, identification of critical paths, and adherence to key milestones.
- Integrate action plans into the overall Sustainability roadmap, ensuring alignment with internal and external strategies and standards.
- Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent), ideally in sustainability, CSR, environment, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of European directives related to sustainability and corporate responsibility (CSRD, CSDDD) and their operational deployment.
- Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in sustainability, CSR, or ESG risk management in an international context or within a large organization.
- Mastery of project management practices and tools, as well as proficiency in IT tools (PowerPoint/Excel) for reporting.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and planning skills, with a meticulous approach to project tracking and prioritization.
- Proven communication skills in both written and spoken French and English.
- Initiative, autonomy, responsiveness, and a strong ability to rally support around projects.
