Rolex Supplier Quality Specialist

- Serve as the primary contact for quality issues related to external suppliers of mechanical products, including tooling, cutting tools, and stamping elements.
- Support suppliers in resolving quality issues to prevent recurrence, aligning with the Mechanical Sector's quality strategy.
- Facilitate communication with various stakeholders to enhance responsiveness to non-conformities and support requests from external suppliers.
- Coordinate actions with Mechanical Quality Respondents across different trades to eliminate internal root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Conduct training on workshop performance improvement rituals, problem-solving methodologies (PDCA, QRQC, 8D), and cross-functional quality approaches (LEAN/OPEX).
- Collaborate with suppliers to define and implement external continuous improvement strategies, participating in their execution (PDCA, 5S, documentation standards).
- Participate in or lead complex and cross-functional problem-solving projects (8D).
- Engage in external supplier audits.
- Engineering degree (HES), Technician (ES) diploma, or CFC in Polymechanics/Quality Management with equivalent experience.
- Training in quality management (e.g., TQ 1) or relevant experience in the field.
- Knowledge of mechanical products such as design, manufacturing, and measurement of tooling, cutting tools, and stamping elements.
- Proficient in problem-solving methodologies: PDCA, QRQC, 8D (both participant and leader).
- Mastery of the 7 basic quality tools: QQOQCCP, Brainstorming, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Correlation, Solution Choice Matrix, Pareto.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, autonomy, proactivity, and synthesis ability.
- Excellent integration skills, teamwork, and interpersonal relations with experience in a cross-functional role, active listening, and effective communication.
- Proficient in standard office software (MS Office); SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Experienced in problem-solving with associated methodologies and in a cross-functional role.
Engineering degree or equivalent technical diploma.
