1. Collaborate with internal partners such as PMO, R&D, Component Purchasing, and Planning to define the outsourcing strategy for new product components.
2. Manage project-based coordination of industrialization with external partners, from design to industrial qualification.
3. Lead and actively participate in technical meetings and project reviews.
4. Prepare industrialization dossiers and draft technical reports.
5. Develop and maintain trust-based partnerships with suppliers and internal partners.

1. Technician ES in microtechnology/mechanics, Engineer HES in microtechnology/mechanics, or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in project management.

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Organized, methodical, with strong action plan synthesis skills.
3. Technical knowledge of watchmaking and manufacturing processes.
4. Knowledge of materials is an advantage.
5. Autonomy, flexibility, and teamwork capability.

Proven experience in project management, particularly in the watchmaking or related industry.

Technician ES in microtechnology/mechanics, Engineer HES in microtechnology/mechanics, or equivalent qualification.
