Rolex Summer Assistant (Seasonal)

1. Provide general operational support across departments at the Biel/Bienne site during the summer period.
2. Assist with light production, assembly support or workshop tasks under close supervision, adhering to strict quality and safety procedures.
3. Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry and document handling to support internal teams.
4. Participate in onboarding and any assigned short projects, demonstrating punctuality and a readiness to learn.
5. Respect company confidentiality, internal rules and workplace conduct while representing the brand on site.

1. Currently enrolled in secondary or tertiary education (students preferred).
2. Minimum availability of three consecutive weeks during the summer; candidates must provide full availability across the summer period.
3. Applicants should attach an electronic dossier including: motivation letter, curriculum vitae, proof of studies (attestation), copy of identity document (both sides); non‑Swiss residents must include a copy of their residence permit.
4. Role principally aimed at children of Rolex employees and other student applicants in line with the programme’s eligibility.
