1. Architect, CFC Draftsman in Building, or Interior Architect degree.
2. Over 5 years of experience in project management related to space planning or construction.

1. Proficiency in Archicad (version 28), MS Project, and Windows PC environment.
2. Proactive approach with strong autonomy and meticulous attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 5 years in project management within space planning or construction is required.

Degree in Architecture, Building Draftsmanship, or Interior Architecture.
