- Engage with internal clients to analyze and comprehend their spatial planning needs.
- Develop execution dossiers and detailed plans for administrative and industrial projects.
- Prepare project cost estimates and manage financial tracking of projects.
- Plan and coordinate project execution to ensure timely completion.
- Architect, CFC Draftsman in Building, or Interior Architect degree.
- Over 5 years of experience in project management related to space planning or construction.
- Proficiency in Archicad (version 28), MS Project, and Windows PC environment.
- Proactive approach with strong autonomy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 5 years in project management within space planning or construction is required.
Degree in Architecture, Building Draftsmanship, or Interior Architecture.
