Rolex Senior Accountant

- Maintain accounting records for multiple entities, including periodic closures, preparation of financial statements, and monthly reporting for the consolidation department.
- Perform reconciliations with group companies.
- Contribute to the enhancement and digitalization of accounting and financial processes.
- Collaborate on major projects within the Finance function development.
- Participate in the maintenance of the internal control system.
- Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting, Bachelor's degree in Business Economics (HEG), or Commercial Professional Maturity.
- Proven professional experience of over 5 years in a similar role, with experience in the industrial sector as an asset.
- Native French speaker with good written comprehension in English.
- Strong knowledge of the Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss GAAP RPC.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent knowledge of SAP (FI/CO modules, strong understanding of logistics flow - PS, MM, PP modules).
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Tableau, Tagetik) and digitalization tools is a plus.
- Strong priority management and stress handling skills.
- Demonstrates rigor and high autonomy.
- Sense of confidentiality and discretion.
Over 5 years of proven experience in a similar accounting role, preferably within the industrial sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business Economics or equivalent qualifications in finance and accounting.
