1. HES Engineering and Architecture degree, Bachelor's/Master's in Business Management, or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven management experience in a leadership role.
3. Experience in quality and technical domains, particularly in processes and watchmaking.

Confirmed management experience in a leadership position within quality and technical fields, especially in watchmaking processes.
