1. Establish and maintain organizational structures to meet the objectives of the Manufacture.
2. Participate in the development and execution of the sector's roadmap and medium-term financial plan.
3. Guide and support group leaders in achieving their objectives and developing their competencies.
4. Encourage and support teams in daily activities and projects.
5. Contribute to sector cohesion and position the department as a service to the Manufacture.
6. Ensure standardization and adherence to processes.
7. Supervise and manage activities using key performance indicators.

1. HES Engineering and Architecture degree, Bachelor's/Master's in Business Management, or equivalent qualification.
2. Several years of experience in the watchmaking industry.
3. Proven experience in change management and leadership in a mid-to-senior management role.
