1. Establish and maintain organizational structures to meet the Manufacture's objectives.
2. Participate in the development and execution of the sector's roadmap and medium-term financial plan.
3. Guide and support Group Managers in achieving their objectives and developing their skills.
4. Encourage and support teams in daily activities and projects.
5. Contribute to sector cohesion and position as a service to the Manufacture.
6. Ensure standardization and adherence to processes.
7. Supervise and manage activities using key performance indicators.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering and Management, or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in change management and leadership in a mid to senior management role.
3. Knowledge of Lean Management.

Confirmed experience in change management and leadership in a mid to senior management role.
