2. Participate in the development and execution of the sector's roadmap and medium-term financial plan

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering and Management, or equivalent qualification

1. Experience in change management and leadership in a mid/senior management position
2. Knowledge of Lean Management
