1. Establish and ensure organizational structures meet the objectives of the Manufacture.
2. Participate in the development and execution of the sector's roadmap and medium-term financial plan.
3. Guide and support Group Managers in achieving their objectives and developing their competencies.
4. Encourage and support teams in daily activities and projects.
5. Contribute to sector cohesion and position as a service to the Manufacture.
6. Ensure standardization and adherence to processes.
7. Supervise and manage activities using key performance indicators.

1. Holder of an engineering degree HES/EPF, Bachelor/Master in Business Management, or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in change management and leadership in a mid to senior management position.

Proven experience in change management and leadership in a mid to senior management position.
