1. Implement and ensure the organization meets the objectives of the Manufacture.

6. Ensure standardization and compliance with processes.
7. Supervise and manage activities using indicators.

1. Degree in Engineering HES/EPF, Bachelor/Master in Business Management, or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in change management and leadership in a mid/senior management position.
