1. Establish and ensure organizational structures to meet the objectives of the Manufacture.
2. Participate in the development and execution of the sector's strategic roadmap and medium-term financial plan.
3. Guide and support Group Leaders in achieving their objectives and developing their competencies.
4. Encourage and support teams in routine activities and projects.
5. Contribute to sector cohesion and position the department as a service provider to the Manufacture.
6. Ensure standardization and adherence to processes.
7. Supervise and manage activities using key performance indicators.

1. Holder of an engineering degree (HES/EPF), Bachelor's/Master's in Business Management, or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in change management and leadership in a mid-to-senior management role.

6. Knowledge of the 'Buildings' environment, construction projects, industrial building renovation, and SIA standards is an asset.

Proven experience in change management and leadership in a mid-to-senior management role.
