1. Implement and ensure organization to meet the objectives of the Manufacture.
2. Participate in the development and execution of the sector's roadmap and medium-term financial plan.
3. Support and guide group leaders in achieving their objectives and developing their skills.
4. Encourage and support teams in daily activities and projects.
5. Contribute to sector cohesion and act as a service to the Manufacture.
6. Ensure standardization and compliance with processes.
7. Supervise and manage activities using indicators.

1. Holder of an engineering degree HES/EPF, Bachelor/Master in business management or equivalent qualification.

1. Proven experience in change management and management in a mid/senior management position.
2. Proactive and autonomous in decision-making.
3. Leadership, interpersonal skills, empathy.
4. Customer orientation and service mindset.
5. Focus on performance and continuous improvement.
6. Ability to work in a complex and constantly evolving environment.
7. Knowledge of 'Buildings' environment, construction projects, industrial building renovation, and SIA standards is an asset.

Confirmed experience in change management and management in a mid/senior management position.
