Responsibilities
- Implement and ensure organization to meet the objectives of the Manufacture.
- Participate in the development and execution of the sector's roadmap and medium-term financial plan.
- Support and guide group leaders in achieving their objectives and developing their skills.
- Encourage and support teams in daily activities and projects.
- Contribute to sector cohesion and act as a service to the Manufacture.
- Ensure standardization and compliance with processes.
- Supervise and manage activities using indicators.
Qualifications
- Holder of an engineering degree HES/EPF, Bachelor/Master in business management or equivalent qualification.
Skills
- Proven experience in change management and management in a mid/senior management position.
- Proactive and autonomous in decision-making.
- Leadership, interpersonal skills, empathy.
- Customer orientation and service mindset.
- Focus on performance and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a complex and constantly evolving environment.
- Knowledge of 'Buildings' environment, construction projects, industrial building renovation, and SIA standards is an asset.
Experience Requirements
Confirmed experience in change management and management in a mid/senior management position.
