- Supervise and support operational maintenance teams in their activities.

- Participate in the development and execution of the sector's roadmap and medium-term financial plan.

- Proven track record in implementing innovative maintenance solutions, digitalization of maintenance activities, and continuous improvement projects (lean – OPEX).

- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and empathy.

- Ability to work in a complex and evolving environment.
Significant experience in the industrial sector with a focus on production or maintenance, including leadership roles in change management and innovative maintenance solutions.
