1. Supervise and support operational maintenance teams in their activities.
2. Guide and mentor group leaders in achieving objectives and developing competencies.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in the industrial sector, preferably in production or maintenance.
3. Demonstrated experience in change management and leadership in a mid to senior-level position.
4. Proven track record in implementing innovative maintenance solutions, digitalization of maintenance activities, and continuous improvement projects (lean – OPEX).
