1. Implement and ensure the organization meets the objectives of the Manufacture.
2. Participate in the development and execution of the sector's roadmap and medium-term financial plan.

5. Contribute to sector cohesion and position as a service to the Manufacture.
6. Ensure standardization and adherence to processes.
7. Supervise and manage activities using indicators.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering and Management, or equivalent qualification.

1. Proven experience in change management and leadership in a mid/senior management position.
2. Knowledge of Lean Management.
3. Proactive and autonomous decision-making.
4. Leadership, interpersonal skills, empathy.
5. Customer orientation and service mindset.
6. Performance and continuous improvement focus.
7. Ability to work in a complex and evolving environment.

Confirmed experience in change management and leadership in a mid/senior management position.
