Rolex Section Manager

- Implement and maintain organizational structures to achieve the Manufacture's objectives.
- Participate in the development and execution of the sector's roadmap and medium-term financial plan.
- Guide and support Group Managers in achieving their goals and developing their skills.
- Encourage and support teams in daily activities and projects.
- Contribute to sector cohesion and position as a service to the Manufacture.
- Ensure standardization and compliance with processes.
- Supervise and manage activities using key performance indicators.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering and Management, or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in change management and leadership in a mid-to-senior management role.
- Knowledge of Lean Management.
- Proactive and autonomous decision-making abilities.
- Leadership, interpersonal skills, and empathy.
- Customer-oriented with a strong sense of service.
- Commitment to performance and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a complex and evolving environment.
Confirmed experience in change management and leadership in a mid-to-senior management role.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or Industrial Engineering and Management, or equivalent.
