1. Facilitate and actively participate in Scrum events.
2. Guide the team towards self-management and continuous improvement.
3. Continuously coach and train team members on Agile practices, principles, and values.
4. Define, implement, and monitor performance indicators.
5. Promote Agile values within the organization.
6. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to enhance the effectiveness of Scrum implementation.
7. Lead Agile communities of practice to encourage knowledge sharing and skill development.

1. University degree or equivalent.
2. Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in Agile methodologies as a Coach/Scrum Master.
3. Native French speaker with a high proficiency in English.
4. Expertise in practical Agile methods.
5. Scrum Master certification (PSM, PSPO).
6. Familiarity with project and backlog management tools (Jira, PPM, Monday.com).

5 to 10 years of confirmed experience in Agile methodologies as a Coach/Scrum Master.
