1. Conduct regular assessments of occupational risks.
2. Develop and implement preventive measures, with a focus on the needs of younger generations.
3. Investigate accidents and near-misses, proposing corrective actions.
4. Ensure compliance of workplaces and tools with safety standards.
5. Inform and train apprentices on safety regulations.
6. Establish and lead a safety committee with relevant stakeholders to continuously improve safety measures.
7. Integrate digital and modern awareness methods.
8. Create educational materials and safety manuals for young individuals and trainers.
9. Collaborate with trainers and other stakeholders to promote safety.
10. Participate in internal and external safety audits and dedicated meetings.
11. Engage in the safety of events involving young generations or employees' children.
12. Maintain and update safety documentation and produce regular reports.
13. Promote a safety culture based on transparency and modern communication methods.

1. Certification as a Safety Officer (CFST) or equivalent, or a diploma in training/pedagogy/education (willingness to train in these areas if not previously qualified).

1. Strong communication skills and proficiency in modern digital tools for awareness and training.
2. Excellent ability to communicate and persuade, with a strong sense of responsibility and rigorous work methodology.
3. Active listening and empathy towards young adults.
4. High problem-solving capacity and proactivity.
5. Ability to understand and respond to the needs and expectations of younger generations.

Several years of professional experience in workplace safety and/or training, preferably focused on apprentices and young individuals in training. Significant experience in implementing safety and training programs specifically tailored to younger generations and apprentices is highly desired.
