Rolex Safety Officer

- Conduct regular assessments of occupational risks.
- Develop and implement preventive measures, with a focus on the needs of younger generations.
- Investigate accidents and near-misses, proposing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance of workplaces and tools with safety standards.
- Inform and train apprentices on safety regulations.
- Establish and lead a safety committee with relevant stakeholders to continuously improve safety measures.
- Integrate digital and modern awareness methods.
- Create educational materials and safety manuals for young individuals and trainers.
- Collaborate with trainers and other stakeholders to promote safety.
- Participate in internal and external safety audits and dedicated meetings.
- Engage in the safety of events involving young generations or employees' children.
- Maintain and update safety documentation and produce regular reports.
- Promote a safety culture based on transparency and modern communication methods.
- Certification as a Safety Officer (CFST) or equivalent, or a diploma in training/pedagogy/education (willingness to train in these areas if not previously qualified).
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in modern digital tools for awareness and training.
- Excellent ability to communicate and persuade, with a strong sense of responsibility and rigorous work methodology.
- Active listening and empathy towards young adults.
- High problem-solving capacity and proactivity.
- Ability to understand and respond to the needs and expectations of younger generations.
Several years of professional experience in workplace safety and/or training, preferably focused on apprentices and young individuals in training. Significant experience in implementing safety and training programs specifically tailored to younger generations and apprentices is highly desired.
