Rolex Retail and Event Content Production Manager

- Oversee the operational implementation of creative concepts, including window displays, animations, scenographies, and digital content.
- Manage the entire production process from briefing to final delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.
- Supervise the creation of materials produced by internal departments and external providers.
- Collaborate closely with creative teams and architects to design and produce in-store communication materials such as window displays, dynamic signage, and stands.
- Lead the development of scenographies for exhibitions and events, including stands, decors, and signage.
- Ensure adherence to the brand's visual identity and establish a cross-functional quality control system.
- Integrate new production technologies (3D, innovative materials) to enhance the retail experience.
- Select suppliers, conduct tenders, and negotiate contracts.
- Manage the creation and production of retailer-specific content (films, animations).
- Higher education degree in Communication or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of print, film, digital production chains, and point-of-sale materials, with an interest in 3D.
- Strong understanding of retail and event production constraints.
- Experience in managing providers and negotiating contracts.
- Project management and budget tracking skills, with expertise in quality control and deliverable compliance.
- Knowledge of advertising and event production regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Leadership skills to manage and develop team competencies.
- Adaptability and proactive problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 10 years in a similar role within the luxury or retail industry.
Higher education degree in Communication or a related field.
