1. Collaborate within dynamic, multidisciplinary teams to contribute significantly to new product development.
2. Propose and develop innovative solutions in partnership with designers and watchmakers.
3. Lead and coordinate reliability initiatives, including risk management, data analysis, and new movement development.
4. Ensure the reliability of new products through meticulous analysis and testing.

1. Engineering degree in Physics, Mechanics, Microtechnology from HES, EPF, or equivalent education.

1. Interest in understanding mechanical systems.
2. Excellent communication and project management skills.
3. Proficiency in statistical analysis and data processing.
4. Knowledge of the horological field is advantageous.
5. Versatile, autonomous with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Meticulous, curious, open-minded, proactive, and a team player.

Experience in project management and reliability engineering within a multidisciplinary team setting.

Engineering degree in Physics, Mechanics, Microtechnology from HES, EPF, or equivalent.
