- Develop and implement candidate sourcing strategies considering manufacturing challenges, line needs, required skills, and work environments.
- Build and maintain a pool of potential candidates.
- Enhance collaboration with placement agencies and recruitment firms aligned with the desired profiles.
- Establish a trusted partnership with business lines and address all recruitment and sourcing-related inquiries.
- Conduct candidate selection interviews.
- Present a shortlist to HR Business Partners and Managers.
- Draft and publish job advertisements.
- Actively participate in events such as forums and school collaborations with competency centers.
- Contribute to discussions on recruitment organization and propose improvements.
- Manage and analyze indicators for activity management.
- Participate in broader group HR projects.
- Degree in business or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, in placement agencies or recruitment firms.
- Excellent command of interview techniques.
- Promoter of company values and ambassador of the culture.
- Team spirit, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal ease.
- Strong client orientation.
- Rigor, organization, and anticipation skills.
- High sense of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and good knowledge of professional social networks.
- French C1 level with excellent spelling and syntax mastery.
- German and/or English C1 level is an advantage.
