1. Ensure exceptional and high-quality reception services across all Geneva sites.
2. Develop and implement reception standards, ensuring team adherence.
3. Collaborate with other departments to optimize offered services, including Customer Service, Security, and Human Resources.
4. Lead and motivate the reception and telephony team to deliver impeccable service.
5. Conduct performance reviews and follow-ups with team members.
6. Identify training needs and organize sessions to enhance team skills.
7. Coordinate budget management and uniform renewal with the team.

1. Diploma from a hotel management school.
2. Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in hospitality or reception professions.
3. Native French speaker with a very good command of English; additional languages are an asset.

1. Proficiency in standard office software.
2. Ability to use telephony management systems.
3. Polished presentation, excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication.
4. Attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

7. Initiative-taking and problem-solving abilities.

A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in the hospitality or reception sector is required.

Diploma from a hotel management school.
