Rolex Reception Manager

- Ensure exceptional and high-quality reception services across all Geneva sites.
- Develop and implement reception standards, ensuring team adherence.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize offered services, including Customer Service, Security, and Human Resources.
- Lead and motivate the reception and telephony team to deliver impeccable service.
- Conduct performance reviews and follow-ups with team members.
- Identify training needs and organize sessions to enhance team skills.
- Coordinate budget management and uniform renewal with the team.
- Diploma from a hotel management school.
- Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in hospitality or reception professions.
- Native French speaker with a very good command of English; additional languages are an asset.
- Proficiency in standard office software.
- Ability to use telephony management systems.
- Polished presentation, excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Organizational skills and work management.
- Initiative-taking and problem-solving abilities.
A minimum of 5 years of confirmed experience in the hospitality or reception sector is required.
Diploma from a hotel management school.
