1. Coordinate the production of prototypes within the workshop to meet project requirements, collaborating closely with designers and watchmakers.
2. Program and create watch-scale prototypes using CNC machines, specifically screw machines.
3. Manufacture or modify components using conventional methods.
4. Ensure dimensional control and aesthetic quality of prototypes.

1. CFC in polymecanics or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in prototyping.
3. Confirmed experience in screw machining.

1. Proficiency in CNC machining/programming and use of conventional methods.
2. Mastery of an additional CNC method beyond screw machining is advantageous.
3. Proactive in continuous improvement processes within the workshop.
4. Agility in producing components swiftly and to the expected quality.
5. Curious, open-minded, and team-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
6. Versatile, autonomous, dynamic, and rigorous with a strong team spirit.

Proven experience in prototyping and screw machining is required.
