Rolex R&D Technician

- Actively participate in innovation and development projects in collaboration with project managers.
- Coordinate and implement chemical manufacturing and material transformation processes.
- Propose continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
- Engage in the design, installation, and qualification of pilot lines for new product development.
- Manage the supply of raw materials, consumables, tools, and safety equipment.
- Create and adapt mixtures/formulations and evaluate the quality and characteristics of materials.
- Ensure the monitoring, maintenance, and management of certain technical equipment and participate in their acquisition.
- Draft and manage project documentation, including test reports, protocols, and result presentations.
- Technical higher education (Bachelor, ES Technician, or equivalent) in materials, industrial processes, chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the materials sector, shaping technologies, or an innovative production environment.
- Proficiency in common office software.
- Proactive, autonomous, and innovative with a strong sense of initiative and adaptability.
- Methodical, rigorous, and organized with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a true team spirit and effective communication.
Confirmed experience in the materials sector, shaping technologies, or an innovative production environment is required.
Technical higher education (Bachelor, ES Technician, or equivalent) in materials, industrial processes, chemistry, or a related field.
