1. Engineering degree in Physics, Mechanics, Microtechnology, or equivalent from HES, EPF, or similar institutions.
2. Interest in understanding mechanical systems.
3. Excellent communication skills and aptitude for managing large-scale projects.
4. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data processing.
5. Familiarity with the watchmaking industry is an advantage.
