1. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to contribute to the development of new products.
2. Propose and develop innovative solutions in partnership with designers and watchmakers.
3. Lead and coordinate reliability initiatives, including risk management and data analysis.
4. Ensure the reliability of new movements through meticulous testing and refinement.

1. Engineering degree in Physics, Mechanics, Microtechnology, or equivalent from HES, EPF, or similar institutions.
2. Interest in understanding mechanical systems.
3. Excellent communication skills and aptitude for managing large-scale projects.
4. Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data processing.
5. Familiarity with the watchmaking industry is an advantage.

Experience in project management within a technical or engineering environment is required.
