1. Coordinate the creation of movement prototypes within the workshop to meet project requirements.
2. Program and execute horological-scale prototypes using CNC machines such as Swiss-type lathes.
3. Produce or modify components using conventional machining methods.
4. Ensure dimensional control and aesthetic quality of prototypes.

1. CFC in polymecanics or an equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in prototyping and Swiss-type turning.
3. Proficiency in CNC machining/programming and the use of conventional machining methods.

1. Proactive approach to continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.
2. Agility in producing components swiftly and to the expected quality standards.

4. Versatility, autonomy, dynamism, and rigor with strong team spirit.

Demonstrated experience in prototyping and Swiss-type turning is required.
