1. Support project teams in establishing the state of the art in horological construction and design.
2. Analyze innovations and conduct freedom-to-operate and patentability studies for patent applications.
3. Oversee patent examination procedures, including preparing responses to technical inquiries from patent agents in collaboration with inventors.
4. Lead competitive intelligence activities in collaboration with technical experts.

1. Master's degree or engineering diploma.
2. Proven experience as a project manager in construction, reliability, or industrialization.

1. In-depth knowledge of mechanics, ideally with expertise in horological design.
2. Strong interest and preferably experience in technology watch and patents.
3. Excellent listening and communication skills, with proficiency in writing and synthesis.
4. Strong interpersonal skills for close collaboration with engineers, watchmakers, and patent agents.

Demonstrated experience in project management within construction, reliability, or industrialization sectors, with a focus on patent-related activities.
