1. Participate in the development of new movement systems within innovation projects aimed at introducing new materials and technologies.
2. Characterize and refine new movement components from both material and functional perspectives.
3. Collaborate with design engineers to propose innovative solutions.
4. Suggest improvements to testing methods and associated methodologies.
5. Formalize methodologies and results, and communicate through technical reports and presentations.

1. Master's degree in Materials, Mechanics, or Microtechnology from EPF or equivalent institution.
2. Strong interest in mechanical systems.
3. Solid knowledge of materials.
4. Proficiency in data processing tools and statistical analysis.
5. Familiarity with the horology sector is preferred.

1. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
2. Versatile, autonomous, proactive with strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
3. Rigorous, curious, open-minded, and team-oriented.

Experience in materials and technology development, preferably within the horology or a related industry.
