Responsibilities
- Monitor advancements in analytical fields to provide relevant solutions to internal requests.
- Define necessary work plans by evaluating needs with requesters.
- Conduct analyses, tests, and write scientific reports.
- Contribute to service and production line improvements by suggesting equipment and method enhancements.
- Lead projects for acquiring new equipment.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in materials or equivalent with general knowledge of metal, polymer, and ceramic properties and processing.
Skills
- Proficiency in material characterization methods (elemental, physical, thermal, metallographic, mechanical analyses).
- Expertise in electron microscopy.
- Proficiency in office and statistical analysis tools.
- Strong team spirit, curiosity, and initiative to improve current methods and protocols.
- Pragmatic, autonomous, and rigorous with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
Experience Requirements
Experience in a material analysis laboratory with service activities.
