1. Monitor advancements in analytical domains to provide the Central Laboratory with relevant solutions for internal stakeholders.
2. Define necessary work plans by assessing requirements with requesters.
3. Conduct analyses and tests, and draft scientific reports.
4. Contribute to service and production line improvements by suggesting enhancements to equipment and analytical methods.
5. Lead projects for the acquisition of new equipment.

1. Engineering degree in materials or equivalent with comprehensive knowledge of metal, polymer, and ceramic properties and processing.

1. Proficiency in material characterization methods including elemental, physical, thermal, metallographic, and mechanical analyses; expertise in electron microscopy.
2. Competency in office and statistical analysis tools.
3. Strong team spirit, curiosity, and initiative to improve current methods and protocols.
4. Pragmatic, autonomous, and meticulous with a strong analytical and synthesis mindset.

Experience in a material analysis laboratory with service-oriented activities is required.

Engineering degree in materials or equivalent.
