1. Proficiency in material characterization methods (elemental, physical, thermal, metallographic, mechanical analyses).
2. Expertise in electron microscopy.
3. Proficiency in office and statistical analysis tools.
4. Strong team spirit, curiosity, and initiative to improve current methods and protocols.
5. Pragmatic, autonomous, and rigorous with strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Experience in a material analysis laboratory with service activities.
