5. Manage the definition reference in collaboration with other company departments.

1. Bachelor's degree in Microtechnology or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent education.

1. Excellent proficiency in 3D CAD tools (Creo) and technical data management systems (PLM).
2. Strong teamwork capabilities.
3. Solution-oriented with leadership skills to drive cross-functional initiatives and projects.
4. Effective communication skills to support teams in deploying new work methodologies.

Proven experience in a similar role within the design or engineering fields, with a strong understanding of design professions as an additional asset.
