1. Coordinate the activities related to the 'Movement Design Reference' within the R&D division.
2. Ensure the quality of CAD, PLM, and professional deliverables crucial for new product development.
3. Propose and implement new work methodologies by leading multidisciplinary working groups.
4. Support Movement Development teams in producing high-quality design documentation.
5. Manage the definition reference in collaboration with other company departments.

1. Bachelor's degree in Microtechnology or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent education.

1. Excellent proficiency in 3D CAD tools (Creo) and technical data management systems (PLM).
2. Strong teamwork capabilities.
3. Solution-oriented with leadership skills to drive cross-functional initiatives and projects.
4. Effective communication skills to support teams in deploying new work methodologies.

Proven experience in a similar role within the design or engineering fields, with a strong understanding of design professions as an additional asset.

Bachelor's degree in Microtechnology or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
