1. Master's degree in Physics, Mechanics, Microtechnology, or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in programming with Python and data analysis and management.
3. Experience in project management with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
4. Familiarity with the watchmaking industry is preferred.
