1. Lead and participate in product innovation projects in collaboration with Design, Reliability, Materials, Quality, and Production departments.
2. Drive continuous improvement projects by developing technical expertise in identified domains.
3. Ensure adherence to performance and aesthetic targets.
4. Implement project management tools, risk analysis, digital and experimental design plans, as well as statistical and reliability tools.
5. Document results and communicate through technical reports and presentations.
6. Advance and sustain industry knowledge.

1. Master's degree in physics, mechanics, microtechnology, or equivalent education.

1. Strong scientific understanding of mechanical systems.
2. Experience in material resistance, design, numerical modeling, and statistical analysis.
3. Knowledge in mechanical characterization and dimensional measurements.
4. Versatility, autonomy, and rigor with strong analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Curiosity, open-mindedness, initiative, and ability to collaborate and lead within multidisciplinary teams.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience in material resistance, design, numerical modeling, and statistical analysis is required.
