1. Design and develop solutions that meet aesthetic and technical targets, ensuring Rolex's stringent quality standards are achieved.
2. Conduct functional analyses and tolerance assessments of developed concepts.
3. Collaborate with industrialization teams to ensure project convergence.
4. Participate in risk analyses and oversee technical qualifications in close collaboration with reliability engineers and numerical analysts.
5. Document and communicate developed methodologies and concepts through technical reports and presentations during project reviews.

1. Engineering degree in Microtechnology or Mechanics from HES/EPF or equivalent qualification.

1. Proficiency in design tools such as CREO, PLM, and ideally Cetol.
2. Experience in micromechanical construction, preferably in watchmaking, including watches, bracelets, dials, and jewelry.
3. Versatile and autonomous with strong analytical skills, objectivity, and rigor.
4. Curious, open-minded, and proactive, capable of proposing and undertaking initiatives within multidisciplinary teams.

Desired experience in micromechanical construction, ideally within the watchmaking sector.

Engineering degree in Microtechnology or Mechanics from HES/EPF or equivalent.
