Rolex R&D Engineer - Special Equipment

1. Identify equipment functions in accordance with project specifications.
2. Design and supervise the creation of computer and electronic components for equipment.
3. Develop control interfaces and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI).
4. Contribute to the design and development of electronic quartz clocks.
5. Develop, qualify, and train users on new equipment.
6. Plan and monitor project progress through detailed reporting.
7. Maintain and improve existing equipment.
8. Collaborate with developers to define, implement, and monitor industry standards.

1. Master's degree in Microtechnology or Electronics from EPF/HES or equivalent.
2. Technical expertise in control systems, PSoc microcontrollers, sensors, and programming languages such as Python, C, C#, C++.

Experience in equipment development and client relations is required.
