Rolex R&D Electronics Engineer

- Design and develop electronic components of quartz clocks, including their refinement and qualification.
- Size electronic modules and motors for quartz watches and clocks.
- Design and develop electronic components for measurement equipment.
- Fine-tune equipment, participate in its qualification, and train users.
- Ensure project planning and reporting.
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of existing equipment.
- Actively participate in defining, applying, and monitoring industry standards with fellow developers.
- Master's degree in Microtechnology, Electronics, or Microelectronics, or equivalent education.
- Technical expertise in electronic movement design and development.
- Experience in developing equipment and client relations.
- Experience in project management and supplier relations.
- Proficiency in electronic module sizing for quartz watches.
- Sensitivity to performance, precision, high reliability, and low energy consumption.
- Strong organizational and autonomous working skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Team-oriented with a strong client focus.
Experience in electronic movement design and development, as well as in equipment development and client relations.
Master's degree in Microtechnology, Electronics, or Microelectronics, or equivalent.
