1. Train apprentice quality technicians in professional practice, providing basic and advanced skills
2. Identify training needs and conduct training sessions using appropriate tools
3. Support trainees in promoting industrial professions
4. Participate in the development of training programs and update course materials
5. Regularly assess and evaluate acquired knowledge and skills
6. Coordinate and organize internal training and internships according to the training plan
7. Maintain and regularly develop pedagogical and technical skills

1. CFC in a technical field or equivalent qualification
2. Postgraduate training in quality
3. Experience in training apprentices
4. Certificate as an auxiliary trainer and company trainer, or willingness to undertake training

1. Ability to put interlocutors at ease, especially with the younger generation, and provide feedback
2. Good pedagogical skills, enthusiastic about sharing knowledge and open to self-reflection
3. Ability to create and maintain trust-based working relationships, team collaboration
4. Proficiency in German is an asset
5. Willingness to build a network of trainers to acquire diverse skills

Experience in training apprentices is required.
