1. Provide professional training to apprentice quality technicians, imparting both basic and advanced skills.
2. Identify training needs and conduct training sessions using appropriate tools.
3. Support trainees in promoting industrial careers.
4. Participate in the development of training programs and update course materials.
5. Regularly assess and evaluate the knowledge and skills acquired by trainees.
6. Coordinate and organize internal training and internships according to the training plan.
7. Continuously maintain and enhance pedagogical and technical skills.

1. CFC in a technical field or equivalent qualification.
2. Postgraduate training in quality management.
3. Experience in training apprentices.
4. Possession of a trainer certificate or willingness to obtain one.

1. Ability to engage effectively with young professionals and provide constructive feedback.
2. Strong pedagogical skills with a passion for knowledge transfer and self-reflection.
3. Ability to build and maintain trust-based working relationships and work collaboratively in a team.
4. Proficiency in German is advantageous.
5. Willingness to create a network of trainers to acquire diverse skills.

Experience in training apprentices is required.

CFC in a technical field or equivalent qualification.
