1. Lead daily quality performance initiatives in collaboration with production teams, industrialization services, suppliers, and clients.
2. Ensure adherence to quality best practices by participating in production sector steering sessions.
3. Actively engage in resolving quality incidents and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
4. Provide technical support to colleagues during production launches.
5. Manage quality relationships with suppliers.

1. HES/ES degree in mechanics, microtechnology, or equivalent, supplemented by quality training.
2. Proven professional experience in a similar role (minimum 2-3 years).
3. Required knowledge of preventive and corrective quality management tools (problem-solving methodologies, 8D, 5M, QRQC).
4. Knowledge of materials sector is an advantage.

2. Ability to lead, listen, analyze, synthesize, communicate, adapt, and work in a team.

A minimum of 2-3 years of confirmed professional experience in a similar capacity is required.
