1. Conduct test plans and measure product characteristics according to established qualification protocols.
2. Analyze and interpret measurement results to confirm product compliance.
3. Ensure the planning, coordination of tests, and updating of indicators.
4. Manage the administrative aspects and follow-up of audited components.
5. Initiate corrective actions in various production sectors as needed.
6. Develop fixtures and tools in collaboration with R&D to align measurements with customer handling.
7. Contribute to addressing quality discrepancies beyond product conformity verification.

1. Diploma in laboratory watchmaking, ES technician, or HES engineer (mechanical, microtechnology, or equivalent).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, including laboratory measurements.

1. Strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in office tools with knowledge of SAP.
3. Good knowledge of Rolex products.
4. Ability to learn quickly and integrate effectively.
