1. Lead QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) sessions in movement assembly workshops.
2. Address internal and external non-conformities.
3. Serve as a liaison between suppliers, clients, and workshops.
4. Act as an Aesthetic Expert within the sector.
5. Ensure availability of surveillance plans.
6. Drive quality indicators.
7. Participate in continuous improvement projects.

1. HES/ES degree in mechanics, microtechnology, or equivalent, with additional training in quality management.
2. Proven experience with the 8D problem-solving process.

2. Organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Strong analytical capabilities.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and team integration.

Demonstrated experience in quality management and the 8D problem-solving process.

HES/ES degree in mechanics, microtechnology, or equivalent.
