Rolex Quality Technician

- Lead QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) sessions in movement assembly workshops.
- Address internal and external non-conformities.
- Serve as a liaison between suppliers, clients, and workshops.
- Act as an Aesthetic Expert within the sector.
- Ensure availability of surveillance plans.
- Drive quality indicators.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
- HES/ES degree in mechanics, microtechnology, or equivalent, with additional training in quality management.
- Proven experience with the 8D problem-solving process.
- Leadership and proactive engagement.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team integration.
Demonstrated experience in quality management and the 8D problem-solving process.
HES/ES degree in mechanics, microtechnology, or equivalent.
