1. Lead quality performance initiatives within the component inspection workshop.
2. Support and train inspectors to ensure skill development and competency maintenance.
3. Conduct problem-solving activities and engage in continuous improvement processes internally and with suppliers.
4. Contribute to the qualification of new products and control equipment.
5. Maintain quality best practices and promote adherence to standards within the workshop.
6. Ensure continuous communication with quality representatives from watch assembly units.
7. Conduct audits to uphold quality standards.

1. Engineering degree (HES), Technical degree (ES), or equivalent with additional quality training or experience.
2. Proven professional experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in quality tools (problem-solving methodologies, QRQC, FMEA, SPC) and statistical tools.
2. Knowledge in metrology and control methods is desirable.
3. Proficiency in standard office software.
4. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
5. Team spirit and strong analytical and synthesis skills.
6. Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and listen attentively.

Proven professional experience in quality management or a similar technical role within a manufacturing or production environment.

Engineering degree (HES), Technical degree (ES), or equivalent.
