- Guarantee the application of control methodologies and the consistency of reference frameworks.
- Act as an intermediary between the sector and the quality technician by reporting incidents or non-compliant products.
- Oversee adherence to control methods and tools through the execution of workstation audits.
- Participate in the validation of aesthetic criteria for produced parts.
- Conduct weekly assessments and facilitate quality meetings.
- Maintain required competency levels for each inspector by providing necessary training and support.
- Engage in training, coaching, and aesthetic criteria control for all sector employees.
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of quality.
- Technician ES diploma in mechanics or microtechnology
- Confirmed experience in quality domain with certified continuous training
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in quality control of watchmaking products
- Expertise in aesthetic control and mastery of basic quality tools
- Good visual acuity and proficiency in reading technical drawings
- Proficiency in computer tools
- Strong training, coaching, and auditing capabilities
