1. Ensure compliance with quality standards across the sector by liaising with experts.
2. Guarantee the application of control methodologies and the consistency of reference frameworks.
3. Act as an intermediary between the sector and the quality technician by reporting incidents or non-compliant products.
4. Oversee adherence to control methods and tools through the execution of workstation audits.
5. Participate in the validation of aesthetic criteria for produced parts.
6. Conduct weekly assessments and facilitate quality meetings.
7. Maintain required competency levels for each inspector by providing necessary training and support.
8. Engage in training, coaching, and aesthetic criteria control for all sector employees.
9. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of quality.

1. Technician ES diploma in mechanics or microtechnology
2. Confirmed experience in quality domain with certified continuous training
3. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in quality control of watchmaking products

1. Expertise in aesthetic control and mastery of basic quality tools
2. Good visual acuity and proficiency in reading technical drawings
3. Proficiency in computer tools
4. Strong training, coaching, and auditing capabilities

Minimum of 3 years in quality control within the watchmaking industry.
