1. Define and support the quality strategy within the mechanical sector.
2. Establish and maintain collaboration with various client workshops, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
3. Facilitate problem-solving workshops and sessions, driving the resolution of non-conformities, testing, and modification requests.
4. Actively oversee continuous improvement processes for product/process control.
5. Identify product/process risks and supervise the implementation of contributive actions.
6. Formalize best practices and provide on-site team support to capitalize on knowledge.
7. Ensure consistency in tools, resources, and methodologies used in the production of tooling, cutting tools, and stamps.

1. Engineering or technical degree with additional quality-related training.

1. Experience in leading problem-solving groups (8D, DMAICS, etc.).
2. Experience in risk analysis and the establishment of product/process surveillance plans and statistical process control.
3. Proficiency in common IT tools; knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
4. Strong client orientation and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent communication skills.
6. Methodical, rigorous, and team-oriented individual.

Proven experience in quality management within a mechanical or related field, with a focus on client satisfaction and continuous improvement processes.

Engineering or technical degree with additional quality-related training.
