1. Lead and manage the preventive quality process for new products, including risk analysis and series life analysis.
2. Collaborate with the project team to define the qualification plan and product surveillance plan, supporting the qualification of items.
3. Drive quality performance for new products and manage the resolution of internal non-conformities.
4. Oversee continuous improvement projects with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with schedules and objectives.
5. Propose improvement projects based on exploitation results.
6. Provide methodological support on quality tools and approaches.
7. Develop and adapt quality tools to meet user needs.

1. University degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in engineering.
2. Proven professional experience in project management.
3. Desired knowledge in manufacturing processes, including machining and surface treatments.

1. Proficiency in statistics and quality tools (QRQC, 8D, FMEA, SPC, Audit).
2. Proficient in common office software and ERP systems.
3. Proactive, pragmatic, with a preference for hands-on work.
4. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
5. Innovative mindset with diplomatic communication skills.
6. Leadership in group facilitation.
7. Adaptability and strong team spirit.

Proven experience in managing quality-related projects, with a focus on manufacturing processes.

University degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
